Printing Errors
If this is your first-time printing from the Aztec Supplier Portal and you are experiencing printing errors, try the alternative print method.
Choose between the BarTender Java Applet or BarTender Web Print Service under the main menu "Supplier Settings" option.
The BarTender Web Print Service is the recommended option for modern browsers using Windows Desktop, best suited for IE 10+ and Chrome. It is not supported with IE8, IE9.
The BarTender Java Applet is compatible with a variety of operating systems and browsers. Check that your browser’s security settings allow the use of java applets.
Browser settings may need to be adjusted to allow the use of a Java applet or web services.
