Sign In Errors

  • Please contact XXX XXX XXXX for help signing in, including a Password reset.
  • If you are not properly authenticated, you will be redirected back to the sign in page, regardless of the navigation link you select.
  • Web browser cookies need to be enabled to use the Aztec Supplier Portal.

Printing Errors

If this is your first-time printing from the Aztec Supplier Portal and you are experiencing printing errors, try the alternative print method.
  • Choose between the BarTender Java Applet or BarTender Web Print Service under the main menu "Supplier Settings" option.
  • The BarTender Web Print Service is the recommended option for modern browsers using Windows Desktop, best suited for IE 10+ and Chrome. It is not supported with IE8, IE9.
  • The BarTender Java Applet is compatible with a variety of operating systems and browsers. Check that your browser’s security settings allow the use of java applets.
  • Browser settings may need to be adjusted to allow the use of a Java applet or web services.
